For 6 sessions - $55 per session

Individual training provides focused and intentional training for your child's success. Our trainers will give appropriate drills and lessons to help develop your child into the best athlete they can be. Our training will grow their confidence and abilities to help them reach their goals.

Our availability is extremely flexible! Once booked, you and the trainer will work out times to meet. When a time is set, we like to keep it the same day/time each week for everyone's convenience, although we do realize that it will need to switch sometimes. We make it easy for your busy schedules! All refunds are only available at the discretion of DYS Training.
Group Training:
Prices
Same prices as the individual training apply for group training. $15 off each additional child in group training!

We also provide group training! Whether a sibling, teammate, or friend, we are happy to work with anyone to do group sessions. Group sessions can range from 3-5 people.

We offer team training and we will bring the training to you! Whether practice in season or training out of season, we provide training to help the whole team grow in their skills, abilities, and teamwork! Team training must include 5 or more people.

Our availability is extremely flexible! For team training, you let us know when and where you want us and we will do our best to make that time work! We are also available to use our spaces and set up meeting times for your convenience if needed! All refunds are only available at the discretion of DYS Training.
